Supporting NDIS participants, support workers, team leaders, coordinators, organisation CEO's and more.

Hey! I’m Ad,
I’ve been a Support Worker for over 5 years, spending my early years gaining experience across a wide range of disabilities before finding my niche. These days, I focus on supporting boys and men aged 12–35 who are seeking guidance, stability, and connection with a positive male role model.
Alongside this, I’m a Breathwork, Regulation, and Life Coach, creating safe spaces for deep trauma release, emotional regulation, the dissipation of anxiety and depression and much more. Through this work, I’ve supported participants in overcoming addiction, fears, and phobias, and in many cases, helping them completely transform their sense of self.
What sets my approach apart is the way I bridge my NDIS support work with my coaching practice, allowing for profound, expansive growth and lasting change in my clients.
I’m now expanding my work to also support those on the other side of the system — NDIS support workers, team leaders, coordinators, and organisational leaders — helping them regulate, reflect, and reconnect so they can continue doing their important work from a place of balance and authenticity.
EMPOWER STAFF:
Equip NDIS support providers with practical tools and techniques for self-regulation, helping them show up calm, confident, and at their best.
CHANGE THE CULTURE:
Stress, anxiety, fatigue, and burnout have become far too common in this industry. My workshops are here to change that - helping you stay balanced, grounded, and resilient before those challenges take hold.
BRIDGE SUPPORT AND SELF-GROWTH HOLISTICALLY
My approach blends the structure of NDIS support with the depth of holistic practices — breathwork, movement, and somatics — creating space for clients to build life skills, emotional resilience, and genuine personal transformation.
CREATING LASTING CHANGE
This isn't just about helping individuals; its about transforming the entire system. By equipping NDIS professionals, we build stronger teams more empowered participants and a culture of genuine care that lasts.
